When will my order be dispatched?

During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), dispatch may take slightly longer, but rest assured—we will notify you within 48 hours if any delay occurs.
Every order is carefully packed with love and shipped from one of our four global warehouses:
Australia, USA, Germany, or China, depending on your delivery address.
- How long will my order take to reach me?
We always ship from the nearest warehouse to your location to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.
If your item is out of stock locally, we will fulfill it from the next closest location.
Estimated delivery times:
United States : 3–5 business days (up to 9 during peak periods)
Canada : 3–6 business days
International orders: Please refer to our Shipping Options page for estimated delivery times by country.
- How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

- How can I track my parcel?
You can track your parcel anytime on our website:
Go to the “Track My Order” page in the main menu and enter your order number and email address.
Alternatively, click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Can I change my shipping address?
Yes—but only before your order is dispatched.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us right away at contact@duglam.com.
Once the parcel is collected by the carrier, address changes must be made directly with the delivery service.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost due to customer error at checkout.

Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

You can shop as a guest without any issues. However, creating a account makes your checkout faster and allows you to easily track your orders, save your preferences, and access exclusive offers.
Refunds, Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging

Out of stock products
If a product is out of stock, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

Where is my order?

I have received a damaged or faulty item in my order.
